• Volunteer in Ghana with some IT skills to help a school which has just received its first computers (a short stay required) A grant is available to assist with airfare.
• A volunteer in Benin to visit and befriend a Partner and learn how a small micro-lending program is progressing. Knowledge of French would be useful but not a requirement.
• Volunteer to travel to Sierra Leone to look at a small micro-lending program assisting farmers and to visit a school.


QCI will advise you all the way. It will help you make travel arrangements and tell you how to obtain a visa. It will suggest what clothing and other things you need to take with you. It will ensure that you are met at the other end and that accommodation is found. It will link you with a Global Partner so that you can meet local families and see projects for yourself. We like you to spend time preparing for such a journey by staying with foreign nationals who are already living around us here in America and Britain. We can suggest books that you might read that will introduce you to another culture. And we should like to guarantee that you will see the world differently after such a visit ! It has done this for others.
